Every flight instructor on your staff is verified against the public FAA Airmen registry every day. The first check happens within minutes of you adding them.
Opt-out instructors, handled
Instructors who removed themselves from the public list don't appear in the bulk download. We query them through the FAA's manual inquiry process so nothing slips through.

When a certification flips from active to expired (or vice versa), the school's admins get an email immediately. No need to babysit the dashboard.
